These Terms of Service (the "Terms" or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pindrop Travel ("Pindrop Travel," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Pindrop Travel mobile and web application (the "App") and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, tapping "Sign Up," "Register," "Join," or by otherwise accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

4.1 Booking Process
When you book a trip through the App, you enter into a booking agreement directly with the travel agent who listed the trip. Pindrop Travel is not a party to that booking agreement and is not responsible for the travel agent's performance. You should review all trip details, inclusions, exclusions, and the travel agent's refund policy before confirming a booking.
4.2 Deposit Payments
To confirm a booking, you must pay a deposit as specified on the trip listing. The deposit amount and any applicable Pindrop Travel platform fee are displayed on the booking confirmation screen before payment. Deposits are processed immediately via Stripe.
4.3 Payment Plans and Installments
Where a travel agent has enabled a payment plan, your remaining balance after the deposit is divided into monthly installments due by the dates shown in your Booking Detail screen. You are responsible for paying each installment by its due date. Pindrop Travel will notify you in advance of each upcoming payment.
4.4 Autopay
If you enable Autopay, you authorise Pindrop Travel and Stripe to automatically charge your saved payment method on each installment due date without further action from you. You may disable Autopay at any time from your Booking Detail screen. Disabling Autopay does not waive your obligation to pay installments on time.
4.5 Split Payment Mode
On group bookings where the travel agent has enabled split payment mode, the deposit is divided equally among all travelers. As the primary traveler who created the booking, you are responsible for ensuring that all co-travelers receive, accept, and complete their invitation to pay their share. Pindrop Travel is not liable for a co-traveler's failure to pay.
4.6 Cancellations and Refunds
Pindrop Travel's platform fee (the fee charged at the time of your deposit) is non-refundable under all circumstances. Refund eligibility for your trip deposit and installment payments is governed solely by the refund policy set by the travel agent, which is displayed on the trip listing. Pindrop Travel does not process refunds on behalf of travel agents. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip.
4.7 Duplicate Bookings
You may book any given trip only once. If you attempt to book a trip you have already booked, you will be redirected to your existing booking. To modify an existing booking, contact your travel agent via in-app chat.

Travel Agent accounts are available only to licensed travel professionals. By registering as a Travel Agent, you represent that you hold all licenses, registrations, and authorisations required by applicable law to sell travel services in the jurisdictions in which you operate.

To accept payments through the App, you must connect a Stripe account via Stripe Connect and complete Stripe's identity verification and onboarding process. By connecting a Stripe account, you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and Stripe's Services Agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate information to Stripe and maintaining your account in good standing. Pindrop Travel has no liability for Stripe's decisions regarding your connected account, including any restriction or suspension of charges.
5.3 Trip Listings
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all trip listings, pricing, availability, itineraries, and associated content you post on the App. Pindrop Travel reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any listing at its discretion. You must not post listings that are misleading, fraudulent, or in violation of applicable consumer protection or travel law.
5.4 Subscription and Platform Access
Access to Travel Agent features requires an active subscription. Subscription plans, fees, listing limits, and feature tiers are displayed on the Subscription page within the App. Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually (as selected) and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Pindrop Travel reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.
5.5 Platform Fees
Pindrop Travel charges a platform fee on each payment processed through the App. This fee is deducted automatically via Stripe Connect's application fee mechanism before funds are transferred to your Stripe account. The applicable fee rate is displayed on your Subscription page. Stripe's standard payment processing fees are additional and are deducted by Stripe before payout.
5.6 Refund Obligations
You are responsible for honouring the refund policy you publish on each trip listing. If a traveler is entitled to a refund under your stated policy, you must process the refund through your Stripe dashboard within the timeframe specified in your policy. Pindrop Travel does not process refunds on your behalf and is not liable for your failure to issue a refund.
5.7 Agent Communications
All communications with travelers related to a booking must be conducted through the App's in-app messaging system. Directing travelers to communicate or transact outside the App is prohibited.
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the App (including profile information, photos, and trip listings). By submitting content, you grant Pindrop Travel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, display, modify, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Services. This license ends when you delete the content or your account (subject to legal retention requirements).
You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the right to submit any content you post; (b) your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; and (c) your content is truthful and not misleading.
6.2 Pindrop Travel's Intellectual Property
All App source code, design, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Pindrop Travel and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

If you submit suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about the App, you grant Pindrop Travel the right to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution.

10.2 Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and, where applicable, its Consumer-Related Disputes Supplementary Procedures (available at www.adr.org).

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason. You may close your account by contacting us at support@pindroptravel.com. Pindrop Travel may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or if your use of the App poses a risk to other users or the platform.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pindrop Travel regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
No Waiver
Pindrop Travel's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. Pindrop Travel may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets without your consent.
Electronic Signatures
Your use of the App, submission of online forms, and other electronic interactions constitute electronic communications. You agree that agreements, notices, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
